Terrible service!!!! My daughter went for a student visa, but her form didn't have a barcode. They wouldn't see her, but wouldn't explain why. They wouldn't help her figure out why she didn't have a barcode. The supervisor called her stupid and personally demeaned my daughter. No one was willing to assist. Went to the office in Charlotte and got the help she needed with an incredibly helpful person. Can't believe that the supervisor caused my adult daughter to leave in tears when all she wanted was assistance. Utterly unprofessional.

Just did my biometric today, my appointment was at 11 Am on paper and I walked in at 10:15 Am, 45 minutes earlier, because there weren't many people there, my number was called almost immediately, everything went through super smooth and much faster than I thought. The staffs here were extremely friendly and professional. After the first photo I took didn't turn out well, she took it again with slightly smile on my face (which made my face looks a little bit "more friendly"). My hands are often sweaty and cold, that's my nightmare every time I get fingers biometric, she very politely asked me if I had been standing outside for a long time, not only that, she also carefully used a tissue to absorb the sweat from my hand on each finger. This makes me not feel nervous anymore. Many thanks to the staffs who helped me today. Wishing you a wonderful day.

I had an exceptionally unpleasant experience at this location today (9/29) around 1:45-2pm. I had made a 2pm appointment online for this day weeks prior, and when I arrived, the woman checking documents at the door asked if I had any proof of an appointment. I didn't know I needed proof, as I merely booked online and did not receive a confirmation email, nor were there any instructions to bring proof of appointment with me. She asked how I knew I had an appointment, and I told her I knew because I made it for 9/29 at 2pm on the website with my required information. She said they couldn't see me if I couldn't prove I made an appointment. I asked why she couldn't just use my IRCC number I had with me to look me up, because that's what I would use to find my appointment confirmation online anyway. She had me sit down at the entrance to look up my own appointment and walked away. She returned a short time later and managed to figure out that I did indeed have an appointment when I said I did. After my appointment was over, I went to the restroom, but I heard her yelling at me to leave the building, to which another employee had to step in and tell her I was going to the restroom. This was an incredibly aggravating and demeaning experience from start to finish because of her. She was rude and wildly unhelpful; I'd appreciate if someone looked into this and coached this woman on how basic human interaction works, and address her unusual hostility to clients who dare to use the restroom on her shift.

I had a terrible experience at the USCIS Morrisville office on April 20th, 2023. At 10 am, I was holding the door open for others to come in when the guy at the entrance told me rudely that cell phones weren't allowed. He had a disgusted look the whole time and spoke to me in a high voice. I told him that he could be kind and that I could obey the rules, but he still mistreated us. This person isn't suited to work in a customer service office, and I think his behavior should be reported. I sincerely hope this incident can be investigated and measures are taken to prevent further mistreatment of people who have come to the office for service.
